Ryan Sloniger Baseball
I am thrilled to announce my collaboration with RSBaseball, founded by Ryan Sloniger, to enhance the performance of athletes in the new STIX Baseball travel team.
Ryan Sloniger brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. As a 4-year starting catcher at Penn State University (2016-2019), he was a Johnny Bench Award Semifinalist in 2018 and 2019, played 166 games with 162 starts, and achieved a .991 career fielding percentage while catching 53 stealing attempts. Drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 38th round, Ryan played professionally from 2019-2021 before transitioning to coaching. From 2021-2024, he served as a Division 1 college baseball coach at Kent State and Gardner-Webb, fulfilling roles as a recruiting coordinator, pitching coach, and catching coach.
Ryan's passion lies in helping young players improve their skills and develop to chase their dreams of playing at the next level. I am honored to be the recommended strength and conditioning coach for STIX Baseball and the athletes receiving private instruction from Ryan. Together, we are committed to providing top-tier training programs and supporting these athletes in achieving peak performance on and off the field.

USA Weightlifting
I am a certified weightlifting coach through USA Weightlifting, the national governing body for Olympic weightlifting in the United States. USA Weightlifting is dedicated to promoting the sport of Olympic weightlifting, which involves two main lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These lifts test an athlete's strength, speed, and technique, making weightlifting a challenging and rewarding sport. As part of USA Weightlifting, I adhere to the highest standards of coaching and athlete development.
